~i'm worth a lot~

In a brief conversation, a man asked a woman he was pursuing the question, "What kind of man are you looking for?"

She sat quietly for a moment before looking him in the eye and asking, "Do you really want to know?"

Reluctantly, he said "Yes."

She began to expound..., "As a woman in this day and age, I am in a position to ask a man what he can do for me that I can't do for myself. I pay my own bills. I take care of my household without the help of any man….. or woman for that matter. I am in the position to ask, what can you bring to the table?"

The man looked at her. Clearly he thought that she was referring to money. She quickly corrected his thought and stated, "I am not referring to money. I need something more. I need a man who is striving for perfection in every aspect of life."

He sat back in his chair, folded his arms, and asked her to explain.

She said, "I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection mentally because I need conversation and mental stimulation. I don't need a simple-minded man. I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection spiritually because I don't need to be unequally yoked... believers mixed with unbelievers is a recipe for disaster. I need a man who is striving for perfection financially because I don't need a financial burden. I am looking for someone who is sensitive enough to understand what I go through as a woman, but strong enough to keep me grounded. I am looking for someone who I can respect. In order to be submissive, I must respect him. I cannot be submissive to a man who isn't taking care of his business. I have no problem being submissive... he just has to be worthy. God made woman to be a help mate for man. I can't help a man if he can't help himself."

When she finished her spill, she looked at him. He sat there with a puzzled look on his face. He said, "You’re asking a lot."

She replied, "I'm worth a lot."

To every woman who're worth a lot.... and every man who needs to know.

facebook vs friendster

hmm.. someone just ask me.. what make facebook better than friendster?? i don't know to answer it.. bcause the first time i change fom fs to fb.. just because my damn university block it.. but they doesnt block fb.. but.. after a month.. so many people using fb.. it become traffic jam.. then my damn university block it.. i'm frustrated.. so frustrated.. then i stop using it for awhile.. and now.. active like devil now.. ahahhaa.. so addicted.. demmm..

so here i list it.. why i choose facebook than friendster..

hari raya eidul adha 2009




hidangn hari raya
hari pertama: soto, nasi himpit, mee, puding sntan mkn ngn laici.
hari kedua: nasi putih, kari kambing, aym masak merah, sayur campur, sambal tomato.
hari ketiga: laksa peneng.. ahaa.. tk tau ejaan btul camner..




raya kali nie gabungn 3 buah rumah. kami msk sama2 demi dptkan suasana hari raya.. wlaupun tak dpt wat korban tapi berjaya tumbangkan seekor kambing dgn sebagian besar daging tersebut di sedekahkan... (bgus tul kami nih..uhuhu)

k.. qis nk tido lu.. tadi study pasal DM tipe 1.. lagi sebulan nk exam.. uhu
insyaallah.. qis akn ready awl tuk exam kali nie.. tak buat mcm exam2 sblumye.. cayouk...

denggi

mmm... demam denggi.. masih byk angka kejadian yg berlaku.. seperti yg terjg kat kwn2 qis.. 3 org kwn qis masuk hospital gara2 nyamuk pembawa virus denggi nie.. kesian qis tgk kwn qis.. dah tak sanggup menanggup kos pengubatan.. agak mahal.. w/pun kami2 ini bakal dokter.. tapi apakan daya.. belajar pun blum abis lagi.. ilmu di dada belum cukup mbokk... jd tak leh nk merawat diri sendiri kalu sakit dah teruk sgt... huhuhu.

qis sendiri sbnarnya pun demam jugak.. tapi takde sape pun peduli.. qis heran ngn kwn2 qis.. tak ada perhatian langsung kat qis.. kdg2 tue terasa gaks.. samapaikan terasa taknak jg diorg masa masuk hospital nie.. qis tau qis demam tak teruk sgt.. tak masuk hospital... tapi bagi qis.. masuk hospital hnya satu pembaziran sbb kalu qis rasa kuat.. qis akan teruskan berjuang smpai qis sembuh.. sbb seboleh2nya qis tk nak masuk hopsital kat sini... tak sanggup tanggung kos.. lagipun qis tk amik insyuran.. sbb dulu amik tak sakit plak.. wat rugi jer beli insyuran... iskh3... qis lebih rela masuk hospital kat m'sia.. lbih dkt ngn kluarga.. hehehe... qis akui qis manja sgt ngn kluarga.. tak ble jauh2 bila sakit... qis nk ada org yg qis syg masa qis sakit.. biar cpt sembuh... bak kata lec qis kat sini.. penyembuhan penyakit bukan hnya pd penyakitnya tp emosinya atau spiritualnya.. sbb ia ada peranan yg penting dlm penyembuhan penyakit.. ini disebbkan kerja2 hormon alami dalam tubuh kita yg berespon terhdp emosi kita... huahahaha.. pandainya qis berhujah... rasa cam malu plak.. qis bukannya pndai sgt. tp tk pelahh.. kdg2...

berbalik pada crite kwn2 qis... sumer yg sakit 3 org.. yg masuk hospital laa... yg tak masuk hospital tp sakit jgk.. sumer org.. iaitu lima2 org penghuni wisma istana sakit jugak.. tapi ttp digagahkan.. menunggu sang kwn yg sdg sakit.. huhuu... skrg nie pun qis ada kat hospital.. online pakai kwn qis punya lptop.. dia yg bw tapi qis yg guna... sory ek jihad.. qis guna lama2.. ok.. jasamu akan qis kng sampai bila2... bosan sgt.. qis tak ble tido.. hehehe.. jd qis online laa.. kompakkan kwn2 qis nie.. sakit serentak.. mana taknya... nyamuk banyak sungguh yg membiak di kwsn rumah qis.. apatah lagi sungguh enak darah kami yg tk diragui kemanisannya ... almaklumlah kami2 sumer nie manis2 orgnya.. mana taknya nyamuk tue tergila-gilakan kami.. terkejar-kejarkan kami... gigit kami dgn manjanya.. hahaha.. smpaikan kami tak sanggup menahannya hingga lemah tk bermaya... terdampar di kasur nan keras nie bersertakan infus yg sgt indah menghiasi lgn2 kami bagaikan gelang emas yg cuanttikkk... hahah.. k lah.. dh byk sgt qis merapu dlm nie.. bdn qis dh tk larat lagi... skarng pun dah pukul 4 15 pagi... tak tido lg nih.. k lah.. qis nk lelapkan mata... lgpun td azan dh berkumandang... semoga cpt sembuh yaaa.. teman2

pic masa pi gunung bromo


pic nie dah lama masa tahun lepas... first time pergi tmpat gunung berapi... kata org2 stmpat.. gunung nie aktif lagi... huhuhuhu...

sbnrya suka waktu2 camni.. kebersamaan bersama kawan2... terasa menghangatkan hati yg redup... tapi aku merugika satu saat yg indah.. masa keliling kawah tue... aku betul2 tak berani.. ditambah pulak dgn kegayatan aku.. hahaha... rugi...rugi.. patutnya buat berani jer... hahha..

tmpat tersangat sejuk hingga kena pakai baju 3 hingga 4 lapis kalu tak alamtnya frost bite laa korg.. tapi kalu jns yg thn sejuk tak taulaa.... aku masa tu pakai sweater 2 lapis.. t-shirt 2 lapis gak... sluar pun 2 lapis gak.. hahaha gler punya tbl... tapi awl2 pagi laa. masa kitorg pergi tgk matahari terbit... dalam pukul 3 pagi kat sana... bila matahari muncul sejuk tue kurang laa... panasssss... smpai nk bukak sumer baju yg ada kat badan...

sory gmbr masa tgh panas takde... tapi ni pic masa nk cari port nk tangkap gambar... laluan yg jarang dilalui umum... ramai org tak tau tmpat nie.. sbb agak curam skit jalan dia... tapi kejadian nie sepertinya mengeratkan hub. antar teman2 se negara... hahaha.. sumer nie kwn2 kelas aku... takut? mmg aku takut masa nie.. yg aku tk thn tue smpat jer bbdk nie snap gambar... keseimbangan mengawal bdn kurang tuh ... tgk jelaa bdn mcm mana... huahahaha... aku bagitau kat korg nilaa pglaman yg best yg pnh aku alami... ingat lps nie nk pergi gunung berapi lain plak... hahahaha....

Two hours after eating, the carb eaters had tryptophan levels four times higher than those of the people who had eaten protein. The tryptophan in turkey is one of the reasons you crawl off for an afternoon nap after Thanksgiving dinner. So watch what you gobble.
